\nSpecialty:\n
\n- Our focus is on Primary Care, specifically emphasizing Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.\n
\n
\nOperational Details & Scheduling:\n
\n- Work Schedule: This is a full-time position, structured within a 4.5-day workweek, from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The arrangement can be flexible if necessary.\n
\n- Weekends & Major Holidays: The office is closed to prioritize and maintain work life balance.\n
\n- Patient Volume & Schedule Structure: 2 new or 3 established patients per hour.\n
\n- On Call Responsibilities: Phone calls only; calls are minimal and light.\n
\n
\nScope of Services:\n
\n- Clinical Focus: We manage both chronic diseases and acute illnesses, with an emphasis on preventive care.\n
\n- Technological Integration: We utilize EClinicalWorks as our EMR system and Medical Dragon One for dictation to ensure an optimized and efficient workflow.\n
\n
\nQualifications & Expectations:\n
\n- Commitment: This position is for candidates with ties to the area who are seeking long-term employment.\n
\n- Certification Requirements: Established physicians must be board-certified. Current residents must be board-eligible and secure certification before commencing work.\n
\n- Professionalism: Essential qualities include demonstrated bedside manners, excellent customer service skills, flexibility, and compassion.\n
\n- Coding & Billing Proficiency: Strong knowledge of ICD codes and adherence to E/M coding guidelines are essential.\n
