We are seeking a dedicatedand patient-centered Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join ourgrowing primary care team in the Atlanta, GA area. This role offers acollaborative clinical environment, a consistent schedule, and the opportunityto provide high-quality, comprehensive care to a diverse patient population.

Schedule Options:

\n

Full-Time: Three 12-hourshifts per week, Every other weekend required, Weekend availability ismandatory.

\n

Part-Time: Minimumof 20 hours per week with consistent availability, Must meet one of thefollowing scheduling requirements: Two weekdays consistently (24 total hours),OR One weekday (12 hours) and one weekend day (8 hours).

Opportunities are also availablein: Alpharetta, Atlanta, Braselton, Dallas, Decatur Duluth, and Tyrone, GA.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: $138,000 –$159,000 annually (Average: $147,000)

Key Responsibilities:

\n

\n

\n
• Provide comprehensiveprimary care services, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of acuteand chronic conditions
\n
• Perform physicalexaminations and preventive health screenings
\n
• Develop and manage patienttreatment plans
\n
• Order and interpretdiagnostic tests
\n
• Prescribe medications andtherapies in accordance with state regulations
\n
• Collaborate with physiciansand interdisciplinary care teams
\n
• Educate patients andfamilies on health maintenance and disease prevention
\n
• Maintain accurate and timelydocumentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system
\n

Requirements:

\n

\n

\n
• Master’s degree from anaccredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
\n
• Active and unrestrictedGeorgia NP or PA license
\n
• Current DEA license (orability to obtain)
\n
• Minimum of 1–2 years ofprimary care experience preferred
\n
• Strong new graduates withrelevant clinical training may be considered
