Remote LPN Care Manager - Complex Case Support

Globalhealth Holdings

Globalhealth Holdings is looking for a dedicated Case Manager to join their Care Management team. This full-time remote position involves telephonic case management for complex, high-risk members and requires an Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in Oklahoma. The ideal candidate will communicate effectively, coordinate care with providers, and have a strong focus on member education and advocacy. Experience in managed care is preferred.
