The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnosing and treating hormonal disorders, with a focus on providing comprehensive care to patients with endocrine-related conditions. This role requires expertise in various treatment modalities and a commitment to improving patient health outcomes through evidence-based practices. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments to diagnose endocrine disorders. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs. Monitor and adjust treatment protocols as necessary, including medication management. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care, including specialists in nuclear medicine, ICU, and radiation therapy. Provide education and counseling to patients regarding their conditions, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications. Perform procedures such as IV infusion and Botulinum toxin treatment when indicated. Stay current with advancements in endocrinology and participate in continuing education opportunities. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. Experience Medical degree (MD or DO) with completion of an accredited residency in Internal Medicine followed by a fellowship in Endocrinology. Board certification in Endocrinology is preferred. Proficiency in patient assessment techniques and familiarity with various treatment modalities, including addiction counseling and home care strategies. Knowledge of anatomy relevant to endocrine function is essential. Experience with vascular radiography is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients and their families.
