Job Full Description Our Reading area client is seeking a skilled Quality Control Technician with electronics experience for their core team! This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity with a local company! Quality Control Technician Pay: $22.00- $28.00/hr depending on experience

Location: Reading, PA Responsibilities of the Quality Control Technician:
- Inspection of incoming parts and completing first article inspections, Final QC Inspections
- Review quality and quantity of finished product
- Knowledge and experience with both surface mount technology and trhough hole soldering techniques
- Reading and understanding electronic schematics
- Documenting data in Excel, Microsoft office
- Communicating defects and issues to Supervisor
- Knowledge of and experience with surface mount and thru-hole soldering is required
- At least 2 years of experience with Electronics Quality Control
- Working knowledge of computers and basic skill with Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Familiarity with IPC standards of the electronics industry is a plus
- Familiarity with reading and drawing electronic schematics is a plus
- Excellent organizational and reasoning skills
- Able to work well with others and possess excellent communication skills
- Detail oriented and able to concentrate at a high level
