Clerical Associate

About The Role The Clerical Associate will support and assist the warehouse's logistical operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. The role is responsible for accurate inventory matching and documentation of warehouse goods through an in-house ERP system. You will also oversee communication between specific clients, customers, and drivers through multi-channel communications to ensure timely shipping and receiving. The person in this position will collaborate closely with other departments to make sure orders are fulfilled accurately, efficiently, and in full compliance with food safety standards. What You’ll Do Utilize our custom software to generate daily operational documentation (SO, PO, Invoices, Pick List, etc) Process and assist walk-in customers with their inquiries Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure timely execution on orders, accuracy of system inventory, and proper customer billing Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, phone messages with customers and/or operation team Assist warehouse manager in urgent situations and facilitate prioritization among staff members Requirements Ability to use a computer and and utilize an ERP Software Familiarity with Google Workspace Must be able to read, write, and speak English (Mandarin/Cantonese/Spanish is a plus) Understanding of inbound and outbound logistics Organizational skills to handle and prioritize multiple tasks in an efficient manner #J-18808-Ljbffr L & C FOOD DISTRIBUTION INC
