Strategic Finance Lead
Virtual Vocations Inc
Partnering with the Vice President of Strategic Finance & Corporate Development, the full-time Strategic Finance Lead will perform key financial analyses, develop strategic initiatives for scalable growth, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the company's profitability, all while working remotely within the USA. Key responsibilities Act as a partner and report on strategic initiatives to the Vice President of Strategic Finance & Corporate Development Perform key strategic and financial analyses to support high-impact decisions such as pricing and expansion Collaborate with leaders across the organization to develop a vision for efficient scaling and improved financial performance Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in banking, private equity, venture capital, or strategic finance at a startup Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data visualization and AI tools Strong understanding of financial statements and experience building financial models from scratch Basic understanding of accounting concepts Experience in SaaS or digital healthcare and pricing/packaging is a plus
