KW Steel City is hiring a Real Estate Recruiter to connect with real estate agents, develop recruiting relationships, and schedule qualified appointments for our leadership team.

This is a full-time, outbound sales and business development position—not a traditional human resources recruiting role. You will spend most of your day making outbound calls, sending follow-up messages, handling objections, and building relationships with real estate professionals.

You do not need real estate experience. We are looking for someone with the sales ability, persistence, organization, and confidence to create conversations and turn them into appointments.

Compensation:

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls, texts, and emails to real estate agents

• Build rapport and learn about agents’ businesses, goals, and challenges

• Generate interest in KW Steel City’s opportunities and value proposition

• Schedule qualified recruiting appointments for the leadership team

• Follow up consistently with prospective recruits

• Build and manage an active recruiting and sales pipeline

• Handle objections and rejection professionally

• Maintain accurate notes, tasks, and pipeline information in the CRM

• Track calls, conversations, appointments, and conversion results

• Participate in team meetings, call reviews, script practice, and sales training

Qualifications:

• Have previous experience in inside sales, outbound sales, business development, recruiting, appointment setting, telemarketing, or lead generation

• Enjoy talking with people and building relationships over the phone

• Are comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls

• Can ask effective questions and carry natural, engaging conversations

• Handle objections and rejection without losing momentum

• Are competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by performance-based compensation

• Follow up consistently and stay organized

• Are comfortable working in a CRM and learning new technology

• Take accountability for your activity and results

• Communicate clearly and professionally
