Role Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive, continuous care for individuals and families from children to seniors.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO from a recognized medical institution.

Certifications

• Board Certified in Family Medicine.
• Eligible for or currently possessing an active Michigan medical license.
