Executive Sales Assistant

The Sales Assistant supports daily call center operations, monitors performance metrics and reviews sales goals. The Sales Assistant is responsible for maintaining high customer service standards, improving sales processes, and ensuring that team members adhere to company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales Performance & Analytics:

- Monitor team sales metrics, KPIs, and call center dashboards.

- Track performance trends and submit daily/weekly reports to management.

- Identify training needs and assist in building learning materials.

Operational Oversight:

- Ensure proper use of CRM and call center software.

- Review call logs and documentation for accuracy and professionalism.

- Maintain compliance with company procedures and industry regulations.

- Support escalated customer issues and provide resolution guidance.

Collaboration & Communication:

- Partner with Sales, Training, and Quality Assurance teams to improve results.

- Communicate updates, policy changes, and performance expectations clearly.

- Represent the call center in cross-departmental meetings when required.

Qualifications

- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

- Proficiency with CRM systems.

- Ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
