My client is a GC in Northern Virginia that works on projects all across different areas of construction from commercial, K-12, government projects and residential. Most of the work they do is ground up builds with some fit out and tenant improvement mixed in.

Job Details

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Strong track record of stable job history
• 2+ years of experience in commercial construction, with a focus on ground-up construction
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
• Knowledge of change order management, subcontractor coordination, invoicing and billing, and project budgeting and scheduling
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
