Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or equivalent allied health degree, with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within the first year of employment.
• Maintaining current certification throughout your tenure is essential.
