Your Role

• Conduct both routine and specialized clinical laboratory testsincluding chemistry, hematology, and immunologyadhering to established protocols.
• Evaluate test results for accuracy, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure all laboratory equipment is maintained and calibrated accordingly.
• Support specimen collection efforts and prepare samples for various tests as the situation requires.
• Keep thorough documentation of each procedure, assist in training new staff, and contribute to maintaining the laboratory's quality standards.
• Guarantee a safe and clean laboratory environment while following all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health degree along with ASCP or AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• Acquire ASCP or AMT Board certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of starting work.
• Maintain current certification throughout your employment.
