Life Skills Specialist - PSH On-Site Support & Stability

Volunteers of America in Rochester, NY is seeking a Life Skills Specialist for a PSH site-based program. This role provides hands-on coaching in daily living skills, supports routines, and collaborates with Case Managers and RAs to promote housing stability and independence. The position emphasizes trauma-informed, recovery-oriented service delivery with ongoing documentation and coordinated care.
