CDR General Solutions is seeking a motivated and results-driven Bilingual Account Executive to join our growing staffing team near Plano, TX . This role is focused on driving new businesses, building strong client relationships, and expanding our presence within the Plano, Garland, and Richardson markets. The ideal candidate is energetic, goal-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Plano, TX

Pay: Base Salary starting at $50,000-$65,000 + Commissions + Client Acquisition Bonuses

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 40 hours a week (Weekends as needed).

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the staffing and recruiting industry
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in manufacturing, light industrial, and other sectors
• Conduct cold calls, in-person visits, and networking to generate leads and close new accounts
• Present staffing solutions including temp, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire services
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and account management
• Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to ensure client needs are met
• Track sales activity and meet or exceed revenue targets

Qualifications:

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or B2B sales preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
