Introduction

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Middleware Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring and updating new applications, upgrading existing infrastructure, and deploying code for currently utilized applications. This role requires a strong background in middleware technologies and a passion for optimizing and automating processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience in Windows IIS, RHEL, and Middleware (WebLogic, JBOSS, Tomcat, WebSphere).
Knowledge of CI-CD and deployment tools like XLRelease, Ansible, Harness.
Experience in administering and engineering highly available distributed systems.
Experience in building and rolling out high availability and disaster recovery for Linux/Windows infrastructure.
Ability to quickly assimilate into a complex environment and rapidly learn existing and inbound technologies.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Understanding of process improvement for deployment efficiency and effectiveness.
Experience in CICD SDLC process, GUI application/server transfer, and automation tools, data analytics.
Knowledge of PowerShell, Unix Shell Scripting, Ansible, Bitbucket, XLR, Harness, GitHub.
Prior work experience in the client's industry.
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Identify opportunities to optimize current solutions and perform technical analysis.
Provide hands-on technical support to troubleshoot problems related to poorly performing systems.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, developers, and other staff to meet project objectives.
