Why we need you?

The purpose of the Shipping and Receiving Coordinator is to ensure accurate and timely shipping and receiving of materials and parts. The Shipping and Receiving Coordinator will also ensure accurate inventory throughout the warehouse and be required to work cross-functionally to help support both internal and external client needs.??

Required Qualifications

• Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment for extended periods

• Proficient with computers and able to navigate multiple systems for inventory and shipping tasks

• Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a demanding environment

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

What you'll be doing

• Perform accurate and timely processing of shipments of ink and parts to and from the service team and customers, including monitoring backorders

• Perform accurate and timely receipt of parts to warehouse inventory

• Maintain accurate inventory through regular cycle counts and periodic audits

• Use computer systems to enter, track, and reconcile inventory and shipping data (familiarity with inventory software or ERP systems preferred)

• Assist with loading and unloading trucks for printer shipments and deliveries

• Perform general housekeeping duties as needed to maintain a clean and safe facility

• Safely and efficiently operate forklifts and pallet jacks to transport materials and products within the warehouse as needed
