Receptionist/Mail Coordinator

divh2Receptionist/Mail Coordinator/h2pISS offers a competitive compensation, with an hourly pay range of $20.00 - $20.00 per hour./ppThe work hours for this position are Mon-Fri, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm./ppThis role serves as the first point of contact for all visitors and colleagues, creating a welcoming, professional, and seamless front-of-house experience. From the moment someone enters the building, this position sets the tone through presence, service, and attention to detail./ppIn addition to delivering an exceptional guest experience, this role supports essential site operations through coordination of mailroom, shipping/receiving, and courier services. These responsibilities are carried out with the same level of care, organization, and accountability that defines the front desk experience./ppSuccess in this role means maintaining a strong, visible lobby presence while ensuring reliable and efficient operational support behind the scenes./ppConsistently delivers a welcoming, polished, and professional guest experience/ppMaintains strong situational awareness and ownership of the lobby environment/ppEffectively balances front desk responsibilities with mailroom and operational tasks/ppDemonstrates reliability, accountability, and attention to detail/ppCommunicates clearly and builds trust with colleagues, leaders, and visitors/ppAdapts to changing needs while maintaining a high standard of service/ppPartner with the Workplace Experience Manager, Facilities Manager, and other account leadership to support daily operations/ppCommunicate effectively across the business unit to ensure alignment and information sharing/ppCollaborate with team members to deliver a consistent and high-quality experience/ppSupport cross-functional teams as needed to meet site and customer needs/ppHigh School Diploma required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred/pp2+ years in a front-facing customer service, reception, or hospitality role/ppExperience in a corporate or professional services environment preferred/ppExposure to mailroom, shipping/receiving, or logistics support is a plus/ppStrong interpersonal presence with the ability to engage confidently at all levels, including executives/ppHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities/ppCalm, professional, and solutions-oriented in high-pressure or high-traffic situations/ppProficient in Microsoft Office and basic administrative systems/ppCustomer service-oriented with a focus on creating positive and memorable experiences/ppReliable, accountable, and proactive in approach/ppTeam-oriented with a willingness to step in and support where needed/ppWelcome, greet, and direct visitors with professionalism and warmth/ppAnticipate guest needs and create a seamless arrival experience/ppManage visitor access, badging, and security protocols/ppMaintain a polished, organized, and professional lobby environment/ppServe as a knowledgeable resource for employees, guests, and executives/ppHandle incoming calls and inquiries with confidence and clarity/ppReceive, log, sort, and distribute mail and packages/ppCoordinate shipping (including international) and courier services/ppMaintain tracking systems and ensure accurate documentation/ppSupport loading dock organization and safety standards/ppAssist with inventory and supply coordination/ppBuild effective working relationships with delivery vendors/ppAbility to sit or stand for extended periods throughout the workday/ppAbility to work under pressure and meet time-sensitive deadlines during peak periods/ppAbility to remain on feet for up to 8 hours per day, excluding breaks/ppAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed/ppMaintain a professional appearance in line with dress code standards/ppAll employees must adhere to Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant work environment. This includes following safety protocols, maintaining environmental responsibility, and upholding quality standards in all tasks. Employees are expected to actively participate in HSEQ training and report any potential hazards or compliance concerns./p/div
