Job Description Lead complex commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, development, and closings Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, loan documents, easements, covenants, and closing documents Manage title, survey, zoning, leasing, and diligence review processes Coordinate and oversee transaction closings from start to finish Supervise and mentor junior attorneys and paralegals on deal teams Advise clients on legal and business issues throughout the life cycle of real estate assets Qualifications Juris Doctor from an accredited law school 5+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience Admitted to the bar or eligible to waive into Maryland or Virginia Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills Confident, client-facing communicator with sound business judgment Why You Will Love Working Here You will join a dynamic, collegial real estate group that values autonomy, collaboration, and practical problem-solving.
