POSITION SUMMARY Summary Serves as the single Supplier point of contact required by the SOR - accountable for schedule, coordination, status communication, risk and issue escalation, deliverables and project closeout. Also the interface to the CAI Account Manager, through whom all Treasury communication on this solicitation is routed. RFP REQUIREMENT MAPPING SOR Requirements Owned • Supplier shall designate a single project point of contact responsible for schedule, coordination, status communication, risk/issue escalation, deliverables and project closeout
• Project management throughout the engagement, including kickoff, schedule and resource coordination, status updates, risk/issue/change management, stakeholder communication and project closeout
• Weekly Status Update - accomplishments to date against the project plan; changes in tasks, resources or schedule with new target dates; open issues and questions; action plans and potential impacts; risk management reporting
• Immediate notification of high-impact security issues (coordination)
• Any material change to scope shall be documented and mutually agreed in writing
• Turnover / return of Treasury information or access at closeout KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Initiation & Planning • Run project kickoff within the first business day of project start
• Baseline the project plan, schedule and resource coordination approach
• Issue the assumptions, dependencies and constraints log as part of Milestone 1
• Coordinate secure source-code access with the Treasury POC and any VITA approvals Execution & Control • Issue the weekly status report covering all six SOR-specified content areas
• Operate the RAID log - risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies
• Run the written change-control procedure for any material scope change
• Track the daily assessment burn-down against the 15-business-day ceiling
• Coordinate immediate escalation of high-impact findings to the Treasury POC Deliverables & Acceptance • Coordinate deliverable submission against all five milestone dates
• Track the 5-business-day Treasury acceptance window per deliverable
• Maintain the acceptance tracker through to final sign-off Closeout • Coordinate the final report presentation and deep dive
• Manage comment resolution and disposition
• Secure the certificate of secure destruction or return of Treasury materials
• Obtain Treasury final acceptance QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience 5+ years (SOR-mandated minimum) Required Technical Skills • Project planning and schedule management

• Deliverable-based fixed-price engagement delivery Certifications Preferred per SOR - PMP or equivalent. vTech target: PMP References Required No - the SOR states references are not required for this role Preferred Experience • Public-sector and Commonwealth of Virginia delivery
• Prior delivery under the CAI IT Contingent Labor Program
