Job Description:Business Process ManagerLocation: New York, New York (Hybrid)Employment Type: ContractRole OverviewThis position will support global commerce operations by managing pricing and availability configurations for direct-to-consumer streaming products. This role is detail-oriented and configuration-heavy, with most work performed in a proprietary internal tool. The ideal candidate is an organized self-starter with communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to concurrently manage multiple workstreams and projects.Key Responsibilities * Perform manual configuration and updates within a proprietary commerce tool. * Maintain pricing and availability data for streaming products across global markets. * Execute pricing updates, including country-level price changes. * Work with the Commerce Operations Manager and cross-functionally to ensure successful launches. * Support documentation upkeep using Google Workspace tools. * Create and manage tickets and documentation in Confluence, JIRA, and Airtable as needed. * Track changes and ensure accuracy across repetitive and time-sensitive tasks. * Communicate with cross-functional partners to coordinate updates and changes.Required Qualifications * Attention to detail and organizational skills. * Ability to manage repetitive, configuration-heavy work accurately. * Written and verbal communication skills. * Comfort working with documentation and basic spreadsheet or word-processing tools. * Ability to track multiple updates and understand changes.Preferred Qualifications * Project management experience. * Experience in data entry or configuration-focused roles. * Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Airtable, or similar tools. * Digital subscription business and/or entertainment industry experience. * Commerce or payment-related experience.Work EnvironmentThis role requires four days per week onsite in New York, with Fridays remote. The work environment is a collaborative, cross-functional team setting.Contract NotesThis is a six-month contract position.
