Senior Project Management Leader - Health & Wellness

Description Key Responsibilities Provide day‑to‑day leadership to a team of project managers, supporting their development and ensuring consistent delivery practices. Build detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies, in partnership with functional stakeholders. Maintain oversight of project execution to ensure milestones, deliverables, and quality expectations are met. Identify bottlenecks early and proactively manage risks and escalations. Strengthen collaboration across R&D, QA, Regulatory, Operations, and Production to ensure seamless handoffs and alignment. Enhance internal PM processes by implementing tools, workflows, and continuous improvement initiatives. Uphold compliance with cGMP, FDA, and internal quality systems throughout every project phase. Participate in hiring, training, coaching, performance feedback, and team planning. Communicate frequently with internal partners and leadership teams regarding project health, resources, and priorities. Support the organization's goal to scale efficiently while maintaining best‑in‑class quality and customer satisfaction. Profile 5+ years of project management experience in nutraceuticals, pharmaceutical, consumer health, or regulated manufacturing Demonstrated success managing and delivering complex, multi‑stakeholder projects Strong leadership skills and experience managing or mentoring PMs PMP certification required Solid understanding of PM methodologies, Gantt scheduling, and workflow tools Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and organizational skills Ability to remain adaptable in a fast‑moving environment with shifting priorities Experience working within cGMP and FDA‑regulated environments preferred Job Offer Salary range: $110,000-$120,000 per year (based on experience).
