Body Shop Estimator We are looking for a Body Shop Estimator to join our collision center team. The Estimator plays a critical role in delivering an excellent customer experience while ensuring accurate repair planning and communication. If you are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and knowledgeable in collision repair, we’d love to hear from you. Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles and prepare accurate repair estimates
• Communicate repair processes, timelines, and costs to customers
• Work directly with insurance companies and adjusters
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure repair accuracy
• Monitor repair progress and update customers regularly
• Maintain detailed documentation and repair records
• Ensure repairs meet quality and safety standards
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the repair process

Qualifications

• Previous body shop estimating experience preferred
• Knowledge of collision repair procedures and estimating software
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and organizational ability
• Ability to manage multiple jobs in a fast-paced environment
• Professional demeanor and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
