Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Electrophysiology Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience required License: Permanent license required for submission Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have: Previous charge experience Must-have experience with various procedures including: - Atrial Fibrillation ablations - Cardioversions - Device implants - Assist with central line insertion and management - Circulate procedures - Scrub procedures Description: This position involves working in the electrophysiology lab, focusing on arrhythmias, pacemakers, implantable cardioverter-defibrillators, and ablations. The role includes performing atrial fibrillation ablations, cardioversions, and device implants. Experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings is required. Candidates must have skills in aseptic technique, airway management, and various cardiac procedures such as transcatheter aortic valve replacements and endovascular aneurysm repair. Techs must be able to scrub, while RNs must be able to circulate during procedures. Documentation experience is required, as well as the ability to manage patient care effectively.
