Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive product strategy, vision, and roadmap aligned with business objectives and value drivers
- Lead product planning and execution throughout the full product lifecycle (discovery through post-launch analytics)
- Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, engineering teams, UX/design, operations, finance, and stakeholders
- Manage and prioritize product and customer requirements against roadmap and business strategy
- Oversee multiple product workstreams (3-5 concurrently)
- Bachelor's degree (or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of degree)
- SAFe Certification (Required)
- 10+ years total experience, including 6+ years as a Product Manager
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and SAFe frameworks
- Minimum 2 recent AI-related product implementations
- Experience managing digital products such as web portals, mobile apps, and backend platforms
- Experience with Google Analytics (implementation and usage)
- Experience using Aha! for roadmapping
- Strong roadmap/visionary and long-term strategy planning skills
- Experience collaborating with executive leadership
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Healthcare Insurance / Payor industry experience
- Background in large enterprise IT environments
- Experience with cloud migration initiatives
- Experience with member-facing or customer-facing platforms
