As a Lead Technical Program Manager in Consumer & Community Banking - Technology team, you will drive the successful delivery of complex technology projects and programs that will help reaching business goals across the firm. Job responsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutionsUses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate program planning and risk synthesis (e.g., consolidating inputs into integrated plans, RAID, and executive-ready updates), validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity requirements.Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain project and program momentumCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall business goalsUtilize advanced analytical reasoning to assess program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectivenessChampion agile delivery practices and continuous improvement, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the teamPromotes reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for program governance and reporting, ensuring human review and alignment to delivery standards.Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support program management workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity.Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations before use, escalating when uncertain and following data handling expectations.Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clientsProficiency in one or more programming languages with a firm grasp of fundamental web/internet relationshipsJIRA subject matter expertiseDemonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activitiesProven track record of experience in Networking and Infrastructure - firewalls and submitting requests vias ACM (Application Connectivity Manager)Familiarity with Akamai and F5 as it relates to PSaaSWorking knowledge of IP addressing and subnettingPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsExperience with static and dynamic code scanning tools and technologiesKnowledge of ethical hack/penetration testing tools and technologiesFamiliarity with Open Source scanning toolsExperience with Bitbucket, Jenkins, and JulesChase is a leading financial services firm, helping nearly half of America’s households and small businesses achieve their financial goals through a broad range of financial products.
