EHS Product Manager

As a full-time remote EHS Product Manager, the successful candidate will own and prioritize product work, drive product delivery, and champion customer and business needs within the Chemical & Workplace Safety team, leveraging their expertise in EHS and regulatory compliance. Key responsibilities Maintain a prioritized product backlog reflecting customer needs and business goals Partner with Engineering and Scrum teams to ensure high-quality product delivery and support post-launch improvements Conduct customer research and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and drive customer satisfaction Required qualifications 5+ years of hands-on experience in EHS, chemical safety, hazardous materials, or regulatory compliance Strong business judgment with the ability to prioritize based on customer value Experience working cross-functionally and influencing outcomes across various teams Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical product solutions Interest in growing within a product-focused role
