Experience developing and mentoring staff Demonstrated experience with providing a technical review of Civil Engineering deliverables Experience preparing proposals and managing project execution Experience interfacing with clients, networks, and developing business Responsibilities As a Civil Engineering Project Manager for Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) in our Oklahoma City, OK office, you will manage project teams to create land development plans for our commercial, institutional, and residential clients. From orienting urban redevelopment sites, industrial sites, to new school projects, you'll manage projects, quality control, client interfacing, budgeting, and mentoring and supervising junior engineers. You will review design aspects which will include site layouts, grading plans, stormwater management facilities, water quality best management practices, and utilities. Interacting with clients, contractors, and local government officials, you'll impact the whole project—from conceptual and design phases, through the regulatory review process, bidding, and construction— all the way to the grand opening.
