Responsibilities Communicate product and service information clearly and professionally. Answer questions and provide helpful information. Assist with customer follow-ups and relationship development. Support lead generation and customer acquisition activities. Help prepare and organize promotional materials. Represent the company professionally during customer interactions. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Comfortable interacting with customers and the public. Good organizational and time management skills. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Previous communications, customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or promotional experience is a plus but not required.
