About the Position
Point Haus Corp is looking for a friendly and motivated Customer Service Assistant to join our Miami team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, providing assistance, and developing professional customer service skills in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
* Welcome customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
* Assist customers with general questions and requests
* Provide clear information about company services and activities
* Help create a positive customer experience
* Follow up on customer requests when needed
* Communicate customer needs to the appropriate team members
