Follow all HFM Realty policies, procedures, and professional standards. Qualifications Active Connecticut Real Estate Salesperson or Broker License (required). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and business‑minded. Ability to work independently and manage your schedule. Desire to build a strong local reputation and personal brand. Realtor® and MLS memberships preferred.
