Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systemsPerform tear-offs, installations, repairs, flashing, waterproofing, and related roofing workRead and follow plans, specifications, and manufacturer requirementsSafely operate roofing tools and equipmentMaintain a clean and safe work areaFollow company, OSHA, safety, and jobsite requirementsWork effectively as part of a crew and follow direction from supervisorsComplete required project documentation as neededPrevious commercial roofing experience preferredAbility to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, climbing, bending, and working at heightsAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsReliable transportation and dependable attendanceAbility to communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkersAbility to safely perform the essential duties of the positionAbility to work on military bases and government projectsMILITARY BASE WORK REQUIREMENTSBecause this position may require working on military bases, applicants must be able to:Have a valid government-issued photo ID that meets the requirements for base accessProvide the required documentation to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United StatesBe able to obtain the required base access pass or credentials before beginning work on the baseSuccessfully complete any background screening required by the specific military base or projectFollow all military base rules and security requirements while working on the baseCOMPANY PRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTSAs a condition of employment with L.
