At Hutchins Family Insurance , an established Allstate agency operating in the same local community for nearly 10 years, we provide a structured, fully paid launchpad to test drive the industry. You will receive direct, one-on-one mentorship from Agency Owner Jonathon Hutchins and Sales Leader Nick Pierce.

You don't need prior insurance experience or a state license to apply. We pay you $18.00–$20.00/hour to learn our systems, build phone stamina, and master customer communication. After completing our 3-week foundation ramp, you choose the career pathway that aligns with your strengths.

How the Dual Career Launchpad Works

• Phase 1: The 3-Week In-Office Foundation (Paid at $18–$20/hr)

• Work in-person alongside our leadership team to master outbound calling, phone pacing, and live lead transfers. Once you graduate your foundation milestones, you choose your path: 

• Track A: The Licensed Sales Agent (High-Ceiling Producer Track)
  
  
  • The Goal: Run full quotes, present coverage, close deals, and build a strong reputation for helping with insurance needs.

  • What We Provide: A fully paid 2-week study sprint at $18/hr where we cover 100% of your state pre-licensing course and testing fees. 

  • The Career Path: After passing your state exam, you step into live production with an uncapped commission structure, brand-name Allstate training, and high-intent inbound lead access. 

  • Location Progression: You will work in-office with our coverage/sales team for your first 9 to 12 months to master the craft. Once you have built a proven production track record, you earn the eligibility to transition into a remote or hybrid schedule.

• Track B: The Lead Opportunity Specialist (Immediate Remote Pivot)
  
  
  • The Goal: Love connecting with people and booking warm leads, but don't want the legal liability, paperwork, or closing pressure of an agent? 

  • The Career Path: Transition immediately to 100% remote work from home . 

  • The Earnings: Earn a guaranteed $18–$20/hour base plus doubled transfer bonuses ($10 to $25 per quoted transfer), translating to an effective $25 to $40+ per hour without needing an active license. 

What You Will Do During Onboarding

• Master phone confidence and outbound flow using our high-speed dialer. 

• Identify prospect interest and complete live warm transfers to our closing team. 

• Receive active, daily coaching to sharpen your communication and objection-handling skills.

Candidate Requirements

• Must reside locally and be able to commute daily to our local office during the initial onboarding phase.

• High coachability and readiness to receive feedback in real time. 

• Resilience and confidence handling high outbound call volume. 

• Natural conversational ability and a professional demeanor.
