Key Responsibilities: Set up and complete MIG, TIG, and Flux Core welding in the assembly of parts to MIL-Standard Quality Regulate gas, current, voltage, and electrodes to perform arc welding Regulate pressure, flow, and tips to perform gas welding Inspect welds using measuring equipment and weld gauges Maintain production logs and required records Assist colleagues as necessary Maintain a clean and safe working environment What We Offer: 401k 4% match on 5% deferrals PTO Up to 5 weeks Employer Paid Life Insurance Employer Paid Short-term Disability Generous Health Insurance Coverage Dental Insurance Safety Shoes & Glasses reimbursements Employee Appreciation Events Competitive pay based on experience.
