Supply Chain Manager

Overview Supply Chain Manager – Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA). Join our 737 Supply Chain Program Integration team in Renton, Washington or Seattle, Washington. You will serve as the primary interface between supply chain functional partners, suppliers, customers, and Boeing program leaders, ensuring all deliveries are on schedule and free of parts and supplier issues. Key Responsibilities Participate in important meetings with Puget Sound and China teams to address supplier and part issues for the Zhoushan Completion Center airplanes. Interact with executive, senior internal and external personnel on significant matters, coordinating across organizations. Develop, document, and maintain supply‑chain and supplier processes. Develop and maintain internal supply‑chain and supplier communication plans. Ensure timely compliance with regulatory requirements related to procurement, including import and export controls. Support supplier participation as part of the operating rhythm and develop Boeing and supplier metrics collaboratively. Maintain standard operating procedures for second‑issues to expedite parts for emergent needs. Build and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports. Apply manufacturing knowledge to support supply‑chain management and assess product or system issues or designs with supplier technical teams. Undergo the Boeing First‑Line Leader Assessment as part of the selection process. Qualifications Basic Qualifications 5+ years of experience in supplier management, supply chain, and/or procurement practices and processes. 3+ years demonstrating executive presence with exceptional written and oral communication skills and the ability to influence senior leaders. At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role or completion of Boeing internal course Exploring Leadership. Willingness and ability to work any shift, including the split shift Monday‑Friday 10am‑6:30pm, and to work domestically and/or internationally on short notice. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degree. 3+ years of experience collaborating across organizations, time zones and cultures. 3+ years of experience managing external suppliers. 1+ year of experience managing parts internally (fulfillment). 1+ year of experience working in a production environment. Benefits & Compensation Base salary range LevelK: Renton, WA – $122,400– $150,500. Base salary range LevelK: Seattle, WA – $122,400– $150,500. Shift & Work Location Split shift: Monday‑Friday 10am‑6:30pm with flexibility for alternate baseline schedules that may frequently change to support mission requirements, including weekends and holidays and potential overtime.
