About the Role As a Banana Republic Style Specialist, you will create aspirational, modern, and on-trend looks that enhance each customer's emotional connection to the brand. You are a fashion authority with strong styling instincts and deep product knowledge, especially across apparel fabrications, styles, fits, and emerging trends. You will provide a high-touch, inclusive, and elevated service experience, building brand loyalty through authentic engagement and personalized clienteling. Your goal is to inspire confidence, drive conversion, and cultivate a loyal client base by serving as a trusted style partner. Additionally, you will proactively clientele through outreach, tailored follow-ups, and relationship-building strategies designed to deepen engagement and support repeat visits and long-term loyalty. Hourly Range: $17.00 - $19.00 USD Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
