Park Operations Lead - Guest Experience & Team Coaching

Sky Zone is seeking a Team Lead to oversee daily operations at our Chicago park. You’ll lead on the floor, step in as MOD when needed, and coach team members across Sales, Parties, and Food & Beverage. This full-time onsite role requires 2+ years of experience, strong guest service, and comfort with POS and Office tools.
