BLS required. EPIC charting system required.Patient diagnoses: S/P orthopedic and cardiac procedures, wounds, HTN, CHF, renal failure. Special procedures/unit details: 41 bed short term rehab unit that specializes in wound care, wound vacs, IVs, PICC lines, nephrostomy care. Special equipment: Wound vacs.Patient ratios: Days - 1:8, Nights - 1:20, Weekends - 1:10.Shift details: Mid 5x8-hour (14:00 - 22:00).Job order details: Start date 08/18/2026, end date 11/17/2026, duration 13 weeks.State license: NY license is required in hand to submit. Candidates within 75 miles of facility are not accepted. Candidates will float - yes. Charting experience: EPIC experience is a hard requirement. Background policy: Reviewed on case-by-case basis. Return staff policy: 1 year. Modules: Able to bill for up to 5 hours spent on modules. Any time spent in excess of 5 hours is non-billable. Modules are completed pre-start, and vary by specialty.
