Someone who can guide couples through one of the biggest decisions of their lives, create excitement, handle objections naturally, and confidently ask for the sale. At the Pines Weddings & Events, we don't sell "venue rentals." We create unforgettable experiences, and we're looking for someone exceptional to help fill our calendar with them. We are seeking a highly motivated, relationship-driven sales professional to lead wedding and event sales for one of the region's premier venues. This is not a traditional desk job. This is the chance for someone who thrives on connecting with people, creating excitement, building trust quickly, and confidently guiding clients toward booking one of the biggest events of their lives. If you love sales, hospitality, relationships, and high-energy environments - this could be an incredible fit. This role offers substantial flexibility and autonomy. However, availability matters. Many clients tour in the evenings, in the offseason on Fridays and Saturdays, summer Sundays, and occasionally on short notice. We believe responsiveness and accessibility directly impact bookings, and we strive to be available when our clients are ready. Some weekly office hours and team collaboration time will also be expected to:
• 85% Lead Management, Tours, and Sales
• 15% Client Management & Event Support Your responsibilities will be:
• Respond to and manage all inbound inquiries
• Give exceptional in-person and virtual tours
• Build genuine client relationships
• Follow up consistently and confidently
• Create urgency and excitement
• Guide couples and clients through the decision-making and booking process
• Help clients envision their event at The Pines
• Manage and support corporate event execution
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams
• Identify new opportunities and partnerships
• Help maximize booking revenue

• Evening/weekend availability for tours and client meetings
• Self-motivated and organized Qualifications Preferred:
• Wedding or event industry experience
• Experience closing high-ticket services
• Corporate partnerships/business development
• Luxury or experience-based sales environments Preferred Skills:
• CRM or pipeline management experience
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to confidently present and lead tours
• Sales follow-through and organization
• Event logistics awareness
