HVAC Warranty Technician – $26-$28/hour + Company Truck & Full Benefits

Are you an experienced HVAC tech who likes being the Fix-It person on the team? At Fix-It 24/7, we're seeking a Warranty HVAC Technician with 3+ years of experience to join our fast-growing, service-driven team.

• Perform diagnostics and warranty repairs on residential HVAC systems
• Work with the service and install teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues from previous and current installations/repairs.
• Ensure a high standard of workmanship and customer satisfaction
• Maintain detailed service records and communicate effectively with customers
• Represent Fix-It 24/7 with professionalism and pride

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• EPA certification required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work rotating weekends

• Hourly pay plus bonus incentives
