Our top-performing salon managers earn $75,000–$85,000 per year in total compensation! This role is located at the East Gate Square shopping center in Mt. Laurel. Limited time sign-on bonus of $1000!

What You'll Do:

As Salon Manager, you'll spend part of your day behind the chair serving customers and the rest leading a high-performing team.

You'll:

• Inspire and coach a team of talented stylists.
• Create a positive, fun, and professional salon culture.
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences every day.
• Recruit, train, and develop future leaders.
• Manage scheduling, productivity, and salon performance.
• Celebrate wins while helping team members reach their goals.
• Lead by example with exceptional haircutting and customer service.

• Hold a current Cosmetology or Barber license.
