Respiratory Supervisor (RRT) - Cardiopulmonary (Nights)

$15,000 Sign On Bonus - External Hires Only The Registered Respiratory Therapist performs Cardiopulmonary duties by hospital policy/procedure under general supervision. This can include administering of respiratory treatments, airway management, ventilator management, blood gases, and other noninvasive cardiology procedures. This individual will be held to a high level of customer service representation and will be an active participant in the continuous quality improvement process. The RRT shift supervisor will also be responsible for the oversight of all activities of the therapists assigned to him/her and involved in the training and evaluation of these employees. Education Associate Degree or 2 years of college coursework Experience Three years of related experience. Requires working knowledge of specialized practices, equipment, and procedures. Licenses & Certifications Registered Respiratory Therapist Healthcare Provider (CPR) ACLS Certification Respiratory Care Professional Pediatric Advanced Life Support Neonatal Resuscitation Provider Qualifications Completion of AMA accredited school for Respiratory Therapy Credentialed by the National Board for Respiratory Care as a Registered Respiratory Therapist Minimum of 3 years experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist Must complete PALS and ACLS within first 10 months of employment #J-18808-Ljbffr Tanner Health
