Position Overview Job Title: Window Assembler Base Pay Rate: $17 per hour Shift: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (overtime required on Friday and/or Saturday as needed) Location: 1120 38th Ave NE, Sauk Rapids, MN 56379 Duties and Responsibilities Accurately and completely finish window and patio door orders that meet or exceed the production standards in accordance with standard work instructions. Follow approved quality practices and suggest improvements. Meet production goals by posted line standards. Must be flexible to work in other departments as needed and display a positive attitude. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Qualifications Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis up to shoulder height and below the waist. Must be at least 18 years of age to apply. Highly motivated, focused, organized employee who can work in a team environment or independently. Strong commitment to safety and adherence to safe work practices and policies. Engage in cross-training to maintain flexibility and adaptability to support production. Work to an established rate as defined by customer demand and standard work. Support a respectful workplace.
