Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This opportunity is for a Pharmacy Technician position located in Tulare, CA, supporting a community retail pharmacy in a health center setting. This is a contract role lasting 5 to 6 months, with an immediate start. The schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with retail and community pharmacy technician duties within a health center environment
- Handling prescriptions and interacting with patients professionally
- Utilizing Rx30 pharmacy system for daily operations
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience as a retail pharmacy technician
- Familiarity with Rx30 system preferred
- Spanish-speaking candidates are highly preferred but not required
- Demonstrated reliability with a strong commitment to punctuality and consistent attendance
