To be successful you need to be highly motivated and detail oriented while showing the highest standards of execution.Key job responsibilities:Champion safety requirements in all designated zones and work locationsAssemble and test with emphasis to detail, an assortment of avionic LRUs, electrical-mechanical assemblies, handle and install PCBAsEnsure lab equipment is maintained and calibratedSupports some preventative maintenance activities on test equipment and data acquisition systemsIdentify equipment requirements, process improvements, maintain floor stock inventoryYou will independently execute and prioritize work to meet company deliverablesExecute test procedures for component and system level testing maintenanceReceive shipments and coordinate deliveries with recipients (Using pallet jacks, kit carts, etc)Your work may include contributing to improving SOPs and safety proceduresAdditional Requirements:Willing to work all shifts, overtime and weekends as needed. Estimated shift time: 1st shift: 6:00am to 4:30pm Sunday - Wednesday OR Wednesday - Saturday 2nd shift: 5:00pm - 3:30am Sunday -Wednesday OR Wednesday - SaturdayAble to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive assembly operationsAble to climb and down ladders, work in tight spaces, bending, grasping, sitting, pulling, pushing, stooping, and stretching may be required to perform the functions of this positionAble to lift at least 25 lbs. unassistedCandidates must be 18 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines. The starting pay for this role in Washington State is up to $33.50/hour and employees are eligible for incremental raises based on tenure.
