Tax Accountant

Tax Corporate Accountant We are seeking an experienced Tax Corporate Accountant to support corporate tax compliance, reporting, and planning activities within a dynamic and collaborative environment. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with finance leadership and contribute to key tax initiatives that support business objectives. Key Responsibilities of the Tax Corporate Accountant Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax filings. Assist with income tax provisions and tax account reconciliations. Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations. Support tax audits and respond to inquiries from tax authorities. Research tax issues and recommend solutions to ensure compliance and efficiency. Assist with quarterly and annual financial reporting requirements related to taxation. Collaborate with internal departments to gather and analyze tax-related information. Maintain accurate tax records and documentation. Identify opportunities for process improvements and tax savings initiatives. Qualifications Of The Tax Corporate Accountant Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA certification preferred. 3+ years of corporate tax accounting experience. Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations. Experience with tax provision calculations and compliance reporting. Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
