Tax Accountant About the Client A tax, accounting, audit, and management consulting firm located in Schaumburg, IL. Our rapid growth and increasing demands for our services has created a need for a highly motivated Tax Accountant/Tax Preparer who has a passion to serve and a hunger to thrive. Desired Qualifications of the Tax Accountant BSA required; MSA or MST a plus CPA License 1-3 years of recent tax experience in public accounting Job Responsibilities of the Tax Accountant Emphasis on corporate and individual tax return preparation Moderate tax planning and tax research Assist with tax audits Promote the firm’s services to clients and prospects Identify tax issues, recommend solutions and/or suggestions, and share them with the manger, partner and/or clients Skills of the Tax Accountant Proficiency with tax software and Microsoft Office applications Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must have a positive and open-minded attitude Ability to organize, work efficiently, and meet deadlines Develops, motivates, and trains professional staff, offers staff career counseling and guidance; conducts timely performance reviews and provides on-going feedback Benefits of the Tax Accountant: $50/hr-$60/hr PTO Health Insurance 401K #J-18808-Ljbffr Links Technology Solutions, Inc.
