Production Worker

Parallel Employment is seeking motivated Production worker to join our team in a fast-paced production environment. As a Production worker, you will be responsible for unpackaging disk, palletizing and ensuring products are packaged accurately and efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality. This position involves working closely with other team members to meet production goals and maintain a clean, safe work environment. 1st Shift starting at $16-$17hr. 6:30am-3:30pm. Responsibilities Set up and operate packaging machinery according to production specifications Unpackage disks from boxes and set up to be completed for next process Palletizing Monitor the packaging process to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met Perform routine maintenance on packaging equipment and troubleshoot issues as needed Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment Document production data and report any discrepancies to the supervisor Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment is a plus Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Good problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude Call us for more information View phone number on click.appcast.io Equal Opportunity Employer #ind456
