Human Resources Manager

We are partnering with an organization in Oklahoma City who seeking an experienced HR Manager to serve as a strategic business partner to site leadership. This is a high-impact role for an HR professional who enjoys influencing business decisions, developing talent, and driving organizational performance in a fast-paced operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with site leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives
- Support operational performance through workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement strategies
- Coach and develop leaders across all levels of the organization
- Analyze workforce data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and proactively address challenges
- Lead employee engagement, retention, and organizational development initiatives
- Drive talent management processes, including succession planning and leadership development
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters, investigations, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies
- Support change management initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
- Foster a culture of safety, accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence
- Maintain a strong presence within the operation and build trusted relationships across the workforce
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience within a manufacturing, distribution, industrial, or related operational environment
- Strong background in employee relations, talent management, and organizational development
- Experience partnering with business leaders to drive workforce and operational results
- Knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements
- Experience utilizing HRIS systems, reporting tools, and workforce analytics
- Proven ability to influence leaders, manage change, and drive business outcomes
