How You'll Make an Impact Lead and coach recruiters and support personnel, fostering productivity and professional growth Oversee recruiting metrics and reporting to track hiring activity and evaluate process effectiveness Implement and refine sourcing strategies to enhance candidate pipelines and manage requisitions efficiently Guide team meetings, drive adoption of new initiatives and support individual career development plans Ensure compliance with federal, state and local hiring regulations, maintaining accurate records and audit processes Evaluate recruiting data, analyze outreach effectiveness and communicate actionable insights to business leaders Source, recruit, screen and select candidates, continually improving staffing quality and supporting targeted headcount requirements Working Conditions Office environment What You'll Bring to Spectrum Here, our employees don't just have jobs, they're building careers.
